The Employee responsibility includes:
• To Lead a team of Technicians for successful
• execution of HVAC Maintenance Contract Activities
• To Complete project management, supervision and
• Maintenance MEP Maintenance Contract for the entire Villa.
• The candidates must have thorough knowledge of routine
• PPM, Troubleshooting & Breakdown Activities
Requirements: -
• Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with
• Good communication skills and Hands-On experience in Maintenance of MEP Installations.
• Minimum 5 years’ Experience in a related field of specifications.
• Strong Team leadership and Management Skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if the situation demands.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
• Must be well familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports.
• UAE driving license is preferable
2. Gardening Supervisor
Job Description:
• Plans, schedules, assigns and supervises in
• Gardening. Crew engaged in mowing, edging, watering, ranking, reseeding,
• Fertilizing, pruning, trimming, cultivating, transplanting.
• Reviews assigned staff work in progress, for
• Adherence of job satisfaction, safety regulations and project timelines.
• New grass installation and maintenance schedule.
• Inspects for and eliminates hazards in garden
Skills:
• Should have minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in
• Landscaping, irrigation, plantations, plumbing, sprinklers, gardening tools,
• Gardening equipment’s, inventories supplies and control.
• Essentially expert in Landscaping, irrigation.
Location: Al Khawaneej Dubai.
