Responsibilities and tasks:
Supporting and helping build successful agents
Acceptance and implementation of the PRIME Management Model
To enhance existing Model with their own expertise, management skills and implement these additions into the Model.
Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching
Hiring and training staff of A class brokers
Supporting and helping build successful agents
Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning
Teaching weekly training classes (live or virtual)
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
Planning and directing sales team training
Working on sales scripts with agents
Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting
Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly
Staying informed on real estate industry
Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets.

Compensation: The total monthly salary will be calculated based on the performance of the brokers under your direct supervision and your capacity as a broker
Medical health insurance will be provided separately by the structure of the classification of positions of the Company
At its discretion, the Company can award you various incentives and bonuses depending on your results and the results of your division and or project. Job incentives and bonuses are not part of regular compensation and are not taken into account when calculating post-employment or other benefits.
Your working hours: from 10:00 to 19:00 from Sunday to Thursday, with one (1) hour of lunch break. Saturday and Friday are days off.

Key requirements:
Experience as Sales Manager position from 2 years (Dubai)
Fluent in Russian and English languages
Higher Education
Knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market at a high level, structured interaction with all key developers and their representatives.
Deep understanding of the broker’s work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process. Self-sales experience is an advantage.
Experience in building and managing a productive sales team.
Confident ownership of regular management tools
Productivity (capable to produce meaningful results at minimal cost).
Organization and ability to plan (draws up plans, organizes work, forms a schedule and distribution of material assets in an effective, productive manner; knows how to prioritize correctly).
Analytical skills (able to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw constructive conclusions from them; demonstrates an inquisitive and active mind).
Attention to detail (pays attention to small things that can affect the result of work as a whole).
Proactiveness (acts independently, without nooking, offers the company new ideas).
Ability to find players A (knows how to identify first-class players in the market and attract them to collaborate with benefits for the company).
