GCC Interiors is looking for a Business Development Manager/ Executive to develop and generate enquiries from Retail and Hospitality clients / groups / companies in UAE Market. The candidate should be Female and should have knowledge in Interior Fit – out Market or related industries.
Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities
• Accountable for the achievement of sales volumes by category (Retail /Hospitality /F& B )
• Develop existing and new relationships in an effort to grow business
• Initiate negotiation of the contract and closing of the deals
• Provide details to Operation department for technical queries , site visit and submission of offer /quotation
• Create Marketing tools and develop strategies
• Share Market information
• Target based performance
• Point of contact for the client
• Collection of the payment
• 3 - 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven market and technical knowledge in Interior Fit out / Construction /Building materials
• Ability to identify customer need and develop and generate enquires
• Focused and goal-oriented
• UAE Driving license
• Gender – Female
