Hiring Senior Medical Representative/ Sales Manager
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Proven medical sales experience 5-10 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Arabic and English speaking is a must.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Willing to develop in terms of wellness.
• Experience in UAE is a must.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and increasing sales of company products
• Reaching the targets and goals set for our area.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base.
• Servicing the needs of our existing customers.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
• Recruiting and training sales staff.
• Allocating areas to sales representatives.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures. Dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Reporting to senior management.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company’s business strategies.
