Hiring Human Capital Help Desk Agent
Must be fluent in Arabic and English
JOB PURPOSE:
• Provide first level support on Human Capital related issues, serving as a unified channel that enables all Employees to conveniently reach out for queries and/or support on standardized, measurable, and quality assured services, provide solutions.
• Serve as the primary contact point and manage all incoming, recorded calls and support and advise the employees to reach a resolution of all the related queries.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Professional Certification in Customer Service
• Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Three years’ of Professional Experience in Customer Service
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Writing, Speaking and Listening)
• Excellent quick typing skills
• Excellent computer and relevant software literacy
• Technical Competencies:
• Human Resources background is preferable
