We are looking for professional Lawyers who are enthusiastic to work in a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a legal counsel to join a dynamic and thriving company where they can benefit from early responsibility. The breadth of work offered means there will be opportunities for the successful candidate to get a broad range of experience supporting a wide variety of projects.
Candidates who apply should meet the following criteria:
• LLB / BA Law or any equivalent degree
• Bilingual – Arabic and English speaker
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience as legal consultant position in a law firm
• Good understanding of GCC commercial laws
• UAE Driving License

Experience in a commercial legal department in drafting, negotiating and advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts.
Develop case strategies to resolve litigation matters favorably and in a cost-efficient manner for clients.
On litigation matters, work with the team and prepare legal documents such as contracts case memos, statement of claims depositions and pleadings accurately and as per the timelines of each case.
Work with the clients to understand the case matter and provide legal advice to local and foreign businesses.
Provide clients with insights and the available legal options on cases to make them transparently aware on the possible outcomes of the proposed proceedings.
