الوصف الوظيفي Job location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 2500+ Accommodation المهارات Pick up at (8:45AM) and drop off (6PM) of staff from Rashidiya metro to workshop and vice versa. Drive and assist outdoor sales on home visits and client appointments. Assist the sales in transporting home visit goods from van to client house and collect the goods after the home visit. Delivering orders after getting instruction from sales team and without delay. Before delivery all items need to be packed properly and ensure delivery without damage. Before going for delivery need to cross check invoice and packaging is correct. Collecting payment from client if there is payment instruction. Handling credit card machine and hand over all payment and credit card slip to accounts. Handling cash collections and must be deposited to appropriate account on same day and or remitting to authorized personnel (Accountant) if necessary. Purchase, collects, drop-off materials from and into supplier’s location if needed. Once a week, to take the Tailors to market to buy food supplies and other necessities. Daily routine checks of vehicle for any mechanical fault and clean the company cars on a daily basis Sending the vehicle regularly for change oil and servicing. Report any vehicle issues to management so the proper action for fixing and repair can be done. To report any violations, penalties imposed to car and or driver while performing duties. Qualifications: Excellent navigation skills Time management and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients Neat, clean and presentable always and must wear the company uniform provided.
