Position Title: Director of Legal Affairs Department
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 55K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
An independent federal entity responsible of enhancing the efficiency of the UAE’s public education sector
Job Description:
Expressing legal opinion on issues referred to the administration and providing advice thereon
Managing the department’s organizational units, monitoring their performance and preparing reports to prevent duplication of goals and tasks between them.
Preparing a proposal for the management’s strategic and operational plan, developing performance indicators for work, and working to achieve them
Supervising the preparation of legal studies, agreements and regulations related to the work of the entity
Supervising the preparation of memoranda and preparing documents for lawsuits to which the entity is a party, and following up the progress of its procedures in coordination with the authorities related
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to UAE nationals
50 years old and below
At least 7 years relevant experience
Must be a graduate of Law; preferrably with PhD
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
