Job Responsibilities

This is a business role where the candidate will get exposure across multiple businesses. You will be directly working with visionary leaders and passionate entrepreneurs with prior experience at top consulting & internet companies.

Providing thought leadership on how analytics can be leveraged for its business objectives and building analytical frameworks to solve business issues.

Support with projects ranging in objectives from growing revenue, maximizing efficiency to reducing risk in day-to-day level operations.

Preparing detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business

Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial modelling, and Reporting

Drive changes across functions through data driven business insights

Support top management in presentations and business projections for investor relations

Develop business insights from available data and convert those insights into tangible actions. Support execution of recommendations post deployment

المهارات
Required Skills and Qualifications

MBA/MS/M Tech/B Tech/BS

2+ years of relevant experience in financial services or startup domains

Understanding of core transaction data, customer demographic & psychographics, CRM, third party and web data, etc.

Advanced MS Excel and Presentation (Powerpoint / Keynote) skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preference to have working knowledge of SQL and database management
