Senior Contracts Engineer

Urgently looking for Senior Contracts Engineer – Arabic Speaker to be based in Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a Senior Contracts Engineer to administer all matters related to contracts management for our operations in UAE and Oman.
• Review Tender Documents and highlight al contractual risks.
• Review all contract documents to ensure congruity and to minimize latent ambiguities.
• Monitor all the contractual aspect and report directly Commercial Director.
• Provide the required contractual support, assistance, and advice on all aspects of contractual activities covering claims, variation, and payments.
• Provide detailed evaluation of potential claim impact, to the Project Management team.
• Draft and review contractual correspondence when required.
• Create and implement contract templates and master documents, processes, and tools to maintain workflow.
• Review the ongoing contracts and provide professional advice on contracts.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified and causes of action have been taken.
• Identify, analyses, and develop responses to contractual matters.
• Liaise with projects teams to initiate and complete the projects closing process.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in contracts management.
• Have both pre and post award contract administration experience.
• Good knowledge of FIDIC forms of contracts.
• Good knowledge of construction and contract terminology.
