الوصف الوظيفي This role looks after the overall parts B2B (Toyota, Lexus & HINO) business. The revenue turnover requires pricing support as customers are in constant negotiation with the frontline who then seek support from the pricing team to seek approval and execute pricing updates in the system to transact. In addition to the above, this role looks after overall Toyota and Lexus retail parts business that requires pricing support for discount applications and pricing proposals when they wish to do campaigns. Key responsibilities: This role provides pricing support to the Toyota, Lexus and HINO brands. For Toyota and Lexus the role provides pricing support for Service as well as Parts B2B. For HINO the role provides pricing support in a B2B capacity. • Preparation of reports related to the top selling part numbers and monitoring trends (weekly) • Gather competitor pricing information, through market visits / mystery shopping / frontline quotation acquisition, on part numbers where sales volumes show a declining trend. • Propose new price point and approach, i.e periodic flash offers or new constant price point, with break-even volumes to boost volume levels. • To Create and update retail selling price (RSP). The job incumbent creates RSP through Price Simulation in SAP from the Japan Parts Master for over 150,000-line items. • Create dealer net pricing based on merchandise category, product group at line levels for all dealer customer groups • Manual RSP creation for items that are newly introduced by TMC Japan or Material Management Department (MMD – ASU) • Responsible to calculate and quote sea / air order prices. The prices have to be meticulously worked out keeping in consideration weight and size of the parts. Additionally, the associate must further look into FOB, customs, freight, mark up levels & product group before quoting a price. • Calculation, maintenance of records and monitor pricing for tender and contract business. This is specific to when AFM is trying to win a parts tender with Government and Corporate customers. • Maintenance and update of parts pricing related to Service contracts المهارات Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: • Graduate / post graduate with an aptitude for numbers • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel • ERP experience (SAP IS AUTO) • Working knowledge of BI reporting attributes.
