Position Title:  Chef de Partie

Employment Type:  6 months (renewal)

Salary:  up to 5.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accomodation and transportation

Job Location:  Dubai, UAE

One of the stunning Asian pavilion in Expo 2020.

Job Description:

 Run and supervise any of the assigned kitchen section within the required standards set by the Head Chef. 

 Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service

 Ensure good stock and proper waste control is practiced all throughout the kitchen

 Pay high attention to detail and quality of all outgoing cooked food from kitchen

 Execute cooking to the expected high standard efficiency

Qualifications:

 Open to Asian nationality

 40 years old and below

 Must have 2 years experience in the same role

 Immediate joiners will be prioritized
