الوصف الوظيفي Your Role: Do you agree that the world is changing and so are the ways of looking at the talent and hiring them? If you agree you would love the role, as we are looking for a differentiator… You’ll be responsible for identifying and recruiting talent within the industry and it’s not about replacing like for like. We want someone who has ideas on how our client can recruit the best talent from a range of backgrounds, skill sets, and experiences. Looking for candidates with experience working in multiple industries…experience in Expat hiring is preferred, preferably from in-house recruitment experience but open for profiles from agencies with strong interviewing capability, business acumen, etc. The industry is challenging and wide and so are the markets they are expanding, so if challenges get you going we welcome you. We are looking for someone who thinks out of the box when it comes to attracting talent. Stakeholder management across such wide geography in different time zones becomes the key. Aligning hiring managers and setting the expectations right when it comes to talent in the market. A terrific people’s person who sees beyond the CV and changes the goal post with the changing realities of the talent in the market. Understanding different cultures and geographies in MEA will be an added advantage. More details would be shared only with shortlisted candidates. المهارات This is going to be a challenging role, so we are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of working within a challenging recruitment environment, and who really understands recruitment challenges across different levels. You’ll be fully aware of modern sourcing techniques, community building, talent mapping, and creating a robust pipeline for different roles across the region. A proactive approach towards hiring is a MUST. Looking for someone with a mix of agency and corporate recruitment background with 5 + years of experience.
