Urgently looking for Deputy BIM Manager to join our team in Dubai UAE. Applicants outside the UAE who can join immediate (within 1 week) will only be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Manages early-stage project implementation (central file, welcome screen, ghost )
• Develop project specific BIM standards and QA/QC
• Compliant with Employer Information Requirement (EIRs)
• Compliant with Employer’s Level of Information (LOI) requirement
• Compliant with Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP)
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Autodesk Revit & Navisworks Manage
• Excellent in Common Data Environment (CDE)
• Excellent in BIM collaboration with project stakeholder using cloud platform i.e. BIM 360
• Excellent in COBie requirement
• Provide leadership and direction to assigned project resources (BIM -Engineers/Architects/ Junior BIM Engineers/Architects Project Management
