Solution Deployment
Handle customer onboarding process, prepare and configure the necessary hardware and software
In charge of customer training, solution handover and maintain relationship to answer any future inquiries
Manage the deployment pipeline and ensure the solution is delivered on a timely manner
Application Support
First contact of users’ inquires and issues
Visit customers and address their problems on site (when needed)
Collect common errors and report to developer
Recommend improvements based on users’ feedback
Application Testing
Conduct testing to all new upgrades and ensure the solution is functioning properly
Give the green light to push upgrades to the development environment
Training
Train customers on using Admin dashboard
Train Security personnel in using the solution
Train sales team on the functionalities of the solution
Development Support
Support the developers in identifying areas of improvement and act as a bridge between the customers and the developers.
Conduct market research to identify potential useful technologies that would add value and develop the application functionality
المهارات
Degree in computer science or similar major
3 to 5+ years experience in Application support or similar position
Analytical skills. Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
Ability to learn quickly
People person. Should enjoy talking to people and address their issues.
Fluent in English Language / Arabic is a plus
