Urgently Hiring Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Architecture with DM approved license and should be member of the SOE for our upcoming Fit out Project.
• Mandatory UAE experienced with good knowledge in Interior Fit Out and Decorations for a minimum of 2 years.
• Review project drawings and specifications of project scope, client goals and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
• Experience in coordinating subcontractor, supplier, labor, material, work schedules and equipment for smooth project execution and estimation.
• Development of project schedules, procurement schedules, weekly updates and minutes of the meeting. Should have knowledge in AutoCAD- 2D drawings for BOQ preparation, quotations, new site visits Project progress monitoring and compliance with financial, operational, and scheduling requirements.
• Manage and communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, site supervisors /operatives etc.
• Knowledge of local authority requirements like Municipality, Civil defense etc. and coordination for fit out approvals/ handing.
