Heliozid Océ sells and supports large format printers from Canon and Oce as well as Digital inkjet textile printers. Due to its presence in the region for more than 30 years, the company has a large installed base of printers in the UAE. The person will be part of our after sales service team to support our customers in smooth functioning of their printers, we need knowledgeable individuals who can be effective Service Engineer in Dubai / Abu Dhabi region. The tasks for this position involves:
• Trouble shooting for disruptions in the performance of wide format printers
• Install new machines
• Make preventive maintenance calls to the companies on service contract
• Manage response time for customer service calls
• Identify opportunities for upgrade of service contract and equipments
• Timely reporting to the line manager
• Manage PR with the organizations under service contract
المهارات
We are looking for young and enthusiastic engineers with an IT degree or diploma in hardware. The desired candidate will possess the following attributes:.
• Prior experience with wide format inkjet printer maintenance
• Experience with wide format printers, colour management and colour profiling will be desirable
• Technical training / diploma in Hardware management
• Ability to manage high pressure situations
• Good communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license
