Responsibilities
• This position will support the organization on the development of long-term strategic planning. Working with the corporate functions and Business Units in carrying out market research, developing and implementing lean processes, developing plans that support growth and delivery objectives and measuring business performance management through various tools that develop and maintain competitive advantage for the business.
• Ensuring the alignment of corporate performance to Company’s strategy both at corporate and departmental level by identifying, developing and monitoring relevant, critical business objectives relative to applicable Divisional/ Departmental BSCs.
• Drive sustained performance across the organization, ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs and review / validation of the applicable performance reports by tracking and updating performance data consistent with the agreed BSCs of all Divisions & Departments.
• Initiatives to deliver business improvements.
