CPaaS, Voice, VOIP Developer, Engineer.
Our client is the emerging leader in the $100B+ cloud communications platform (CPaaS) market. Global customers depend on their APIs and SDKs to connect with their customers all over the world. As businesses continue to shift to a real-time, customer-centric communications model, they are experiencing a time of impressive growth.
Skills needed:
Wide knowledge of Real Time Communication protocols and technologies (SIP, SDP, RTP, SRTP)
Deep knowledge of Linux systems, networking and tools
Good knowledge of a scripting language such as Python, Java, Bash or Lua
Knowledge of opensource such as Kamailio, Asterisk and FreeSWITCH would be a plus
Understanding of security and authentication standard methodologies
Understanding of standard audio and video codecs, and common issues in media sessions
Experience with large VoIP production environments
Familiarity with Configuration Management and automation
Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructures
Due to the hyper growth in this market being disruptive, getting things done and the ability to work with top professionals is key. You will be developing products which will redefine communication for the next 20+ years.

Working in a scrum team, guided by senior developers, in an agile environment to design,
implement and maintain world-class software delivering customer-centric services for the CPaaS solution.
Contributing to your scrum team’s success in driving to completion the selected epics, ensuring
we’re not only meeting customer needs, but leading the market space in quality and capability.
Taking responsibility for solving challenging problems to deliver world-leading cloud and web oriented unified communications solutions.
Strengths in, JAVA/Spring, REST, SOAP, structured and non-structured data models, databases, and HTTP software delivery
Knowledge of LINUX and why it would be used for this solution
Understanding of SIP and/or WebRTC is an asset
