2. Pavilion s design and implement visitor survey framework with set KPIs.
3. Manage set criteria and create scenario-based exercises such as case studies in finding ways to improve the Pavilion efficiencies.
4. Collect data on consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
5. Direct and review the work of the survey team and monitor the survey progress and performance.
6. Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers preferences.
7. Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods.
8. Conduct valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
9. Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
10. Use online market research and catalog findings to databases.
11. Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
12. Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct.
13. Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research results and implement best practices.
Additional Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field.
2. Researcher with a minimum experience of 5 years in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia s culture and visitor experience.
3. Proven market research analysis experience.
4. Minimum of 3 years experience at a supervisory level.
5. High level of expertise in research methodology, statistical analysis and psychometrics.
6. A good understanding of a variety of data-modeling techniques and should be able to prepare reports and presentations that present useful and actionable data.
7. Strong communication skills and able to succinctly present data and information to Stakeholders in both verbal and written formats.
8. Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
10. Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.
11. Strong communication and presentation skills.
12. Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office, search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen.
13. Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.).
14. Strong analytical and critical thinking.
15. Arabic is a plus
