QUALIFICATION(S), SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Preferred Qualifications /Educational Background
Literate
Experience(Mention preferred

Transport coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Time management and planning of drivers
• Ensuring efficiency and effective utilization of drivers
• Timesheet / timecard review and approval of drivers
• Vehicle maintenance review – commercial and private vehicles
• Vehicle registration renewal for commercial and spare private vehicles
• Maintaining vehicle records – usage and condition of spare vehicles, and spare vehicle usage register.
• Company vehicle spare key management
• Job packing management
• Incoming / Outgoing job tracking / record-keeping
• Gate pass / DO coordination
• Invoice collection and sign-off coordination
• FZ and port pass renewals and its requirements for drivers
• Performs a variety of duties in handling and organizing transportation activities
• Responsible for coordinating daily transportation routes, assigning duties to drivers etc
• Prepares and organizes a daily transportation schedule to ensure the timely transportation of employees and material
• Coordinates for timely servicing of all common pool vehicles and utility vehicles
• Coordinates for vehicle registration renewal
• Ensures the safety and security of premises Industry Type : Oil & Gas / Petroleum
Functional Area : Transport / Driving
• Requirements/Qualifications:
• Knowledge of UAE roads and laws
• Should have a UAE driver’s license
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge including email correspondence
• 5 years relevant experience in UAE
• Proficient in English (written, reading, speaking) and Hindi / Urdu (spoken)
• Proficiency in Arabic (reading, speaking) is a plus but not required.
