Job Description:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
Prepare all menu items to ensure that restaurant approved recipes is being followed, guided by Exec Chef
Responsible to maintain cleanliness of assigned working Station including sanitation and sterilization of all utensils as per protocol
Cook by the recipe and to specification and customer requests
Assist the kitchen team and be a team player based on daily demands of a busy kitchen

Salary: up to 3.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus monthly tips and quarterly incentives

Qualifications:
Open to Asian nationals
Male, 40 years old and below
At least 1 year of experience in the same role preferably from a casual dining restaurant that served Sushi
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
