Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
Oversee asset protection for the business and the company, from the protection of people and staff to the prevention of theft and inventory loss.
Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
Train subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures.
Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.
Develop work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor personnel performance.
Prepare surveillance equipment maintenance schedules and facilitating repairs in a timely manner.
Keep abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.
المهارات
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
Any security certifications
Post-secondary training in security management is preferred
Must have at least 20+ years of experience in related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to monitor surveillance systems and respond to emergency situations
Excellent team-building and leadership skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Interest in protecting the people and assets within the organization
