HR Specialist Requirement
The HR Specialist – Recruitment will be responsible for:
• Managing Employee Performance / Training / Writing Job Discretion / Employee Relation.
• Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
• Responsible for payroll and personnel tasks.
• Inform employees about additional benefits they are eligible for
• Update employees records with new hire information and / or changes.
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints
• Major Functions-Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
Requirement:
• Arabic Speaker is Must (Syrian Nationality is Must)
• Any bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is well preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in UAE, Retail or Hospitality or Hotel is preferred
• Any Certification like CIPD, CHRP, CHRM, etc. would be highly preferred.
• Available in Dubai
