الوصف الوظيفي Deal with the full cycle of human resources leadership in accordance to the MOHRE process from overseeing payroll, documentations, employment requests and process improvements Be a business partner to finalize stage in employment hiring and or termination in line with labor laws procedure Responsible for the overall planning, development and implementation of HR strategies at the group level, Act as an advisor to senior leadership on all human capital management matters Support robust business growth and reinforce a performance focused culture thru management of KPIs /grades المهارات Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 45K AED depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client A well-recognized group of companies, based in Dubai with international collaboration and successful track records in diverse industries such as premium brand retail, luxury furniture, high end fashion brands, hospitality, interior design, general trading and real estate throughout the UAE.
