Job Description:
Conduct shift briefings to ensure that outlet activities and operational requirements are known
Resolve all complaints during shift and record for further follow up
Monitor standards of guest facilities and services
Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintains a record of progress for each staff member

Qualifications:
Open to Arabic and Russian nationals
35 years old and below
High School diploma or any relevant courses
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role from stand alone restuarants
With expertise in F&B;trainings and technical knowledge of the role
Open to immediate joiners only
