Admin cum Accounts Executive Required in Dubai
• Should be excellent in communication
• Must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
• Preferably with knowledge of Tally software.
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Monitor all the incoming emails and assure to reply on time.
• Write emails, correspondences, memos, faxes and forms.
• Record daily transactions of the company.
• Make quotations, LPOs, invoices, delivery notes, receipt and payment vouchers, etc.
• Follow up keenly for customer payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain a list of suppliers outstanding and prepare payments on due dates.
• Maintain clean contact lists for easy reference.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Report and assist the manager and staff as needed.
