IT Project Manager Role (Russian speaker, Remote)

Responsibilities

· Agree on the goals of digital projects and ensure their timely achievement; keeping records.

· Make management decisions and organize the work of the team.

· Distribute tasks, monitor progress and quality of implementation.

· Ensure and maintain a high level of project execution.

· Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

· Introduce project management standards based on PMI or other methods of a systematic approach and detailed study of each project.

· Solve non-standard tasks.

· Search for contractors and negotiate.

المهارات
Requirements

· Work experience: 2+ years as Project Manager.

· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent certificates

· Native russian speaker.

· English level: Upper-intermediate +.

· Knowledge / experience in the field of blockchain, cryptocurrencies & fintech.

· Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

· Experience working with remote team.

· Remote work
