• Experienced in Construction of power network substation & related cable laying works in UAE
• Supervision of day to day construction activities at site.
• Allocation to the work force and supervision / execution of day to day engineering activities at site as per the project schedule
• Arranging inspection and approval for various materials and day to day site progress activities from Client / Consultant.
• Obtaining approvals from the client / respective authorities
• Liaising with Government officials for NOC’s / Clearances /Green field’s approval, Inspections etc.
• Coordination with in-house Civil Design / Purchase / Contract departments.
• Coordination with sub-contractors and guiding them for the quality of work as per scope & specification requirements.
• Coordination with Electrical, HVAC & Firefighting designs & execution teams related to civil works.
• Coordination with the property developer / other contractors involved in the project on constraint for applicable site issues.
• Coordination and implementation of QA/QC documentations, works & procedures strictly
• Coordination and implementation of HSE procedure strictly
• Preparing and obtaining approval for the monthly progress certification from Client.
• Support in Material coordination work
• Preparing PTW and submitting for approval.
• Certifying the invoices
• Preparing/reviewing of method statements for various civil works involved in the project.
