Points is looking for a Manager, Partner Marketing to join our global Marketing team. This is a permanent role, based in our Dubai office, servicing the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. An opportunity for growth where you will be one of the first leaders on the ground supporting this exciting expansion into a key strategic growth region for our business.
You will be working closely with your Marketing leaders, Data and Analytic contacts and the Regional Director of APAC to support our current in market clients primarily concentrated in the South East Asia region. You will be responsible for developing the marketing plan, communication & campaign strategy to drive revenue growth and product penetration for the partner portfolio. This is a growth-oriented role that encompasses loyalty marketing, strategy, client and project management. You will identify the marketing initiatives that best meet the partner s growth objectives; sell-in and implement the plan & proactively grow the portfolio as the Subject Matter Expert on marketing strategy for the APAC region.
Reporting to the Director, Partner Marketing (based in London), you will work with a dedicated partner team of customer & financial analysts, relationship managers & activation specialists to deliver the best possible campaigns for our partners, driving member engagement and program penetration. You will help to further establish Points in Asia and create a high functioning office/team in this new market. You will collaborate with a high caliber, centralized Marketing and Product team based in Toronto, sharing ideas and best practices, and connect with other groups across the organization, ensuring maximum value for our partners.
Responsibilities include:
• Client-facing role where you will be required to present marketing strategy, key findings, campaign performance to senior stakeholders.
• Developing Marketing strategy tailored to partner objectives that deliver profitable growth
• Construct, sell-in and implement marketing campaigns for Points suite of products.
• Collaborate with internal analytic & insight teams to provide smart business recommendations
• Collaborate with internal creative and digital deployment teams to develop messaging and tactics that will deliver on performance expectations.
• Championing growth: identifying in-year opportunities, leveraging data-led marketing capabilities and actionable insight to inform LP strategy, tactics & activation and internal best practices.
• Challenging the status quo: identifying new ways of delivering value, simplifying activation & bringing an orientation towards innovative solutions that enable flawless execution.
• Working closely with the Business Development team and Regional Director to identify and pursue new partner opportunities in the APAC region.
