We’ve partnered with an International Architectural & Engineering consultancy firm based in Dubai who are working on a number of iconic projects in the UAE and Vison 2030 projects in KSA looking to expand their Dubai office with the appointment of a Project Director in Dubai.
Our client is ideally seeking a RIBA Part III Architect with 15 to 20 years experience with at least 5 years of Middle East project experience to run a portfolio of large-scale mixed-use projects through the design development stages, liaising with clients/sub-consultants, local authorities and stakeholders to tender stage. manage the design and documentation process as well as overseeing submissions to Clients, Government Authorities and Service providers while taking responsibility for writing specifications, assisted by the Senior Architects. You must be cognizant of project budgetary constraints and be able to work closely with the project cost consultant to ensure designs are executed within directed parameters.
This role is very much Design/Project Management focused mainly working from Schematic stage where Concept Architecture is not within the project scope, so you must be able to ensure executive design and documentation proceeds on the basis of preserving concept design intent.
High level of proficiency in the following software:
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Word Excel
• Powerpoint
• Adobe Indesign
• Navisworks
• Autodesk Revit basic navigation skills only
You must be a trained Architect (Not Civil Engineering) with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture ideally from a Western University (For visa purposes)
