Job Purpose
The main responsibility for the Applications Support Specialist resource is to provide necessary technical support relating to various applications and system-level software. Also to ensure the compliant with technical standards.
Key results accountabilities
Owning the change management process from initiation of change to analysis, implementation and rollout
Maintain contracts and Licenses against applications and their vendors
Coordinate with technical and business staff to troubleshoot major system issues and make sure resolving all issues
Assess and approve standard and non-standard software requests made by staff based on business requirements.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.
