The main responsibility for the Technical Document controller resource is to prepare, manage and file approved documents, templates and artifacts. Also to ensure the compliant with technical standards.
Key results accountabilities
ITSS support section tasks follow up and updates.
Communication with other section and entities (Emails, Tarasul, official communications).
Coordination with applications owners and contracts.
Follow up on Team Time and attendance and updates.
Schedulable meetings and draft MoM
Related Admin Task
Create and a clear and eye-catching presentations on time.
Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
Distribute project- contracts related copies to internal teams
File documents in physical and digital records
Create templates for future use
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
Skills List requirements
Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Proficient typing and editing skills
Data organization skills
Attention to detail
Communication and working relationship
