?Job Purpose
The main responsibility for the Sr. Application Support Specialist / IT Project Manager resource is to provide necessary technical support relating to various applications and system-level software. Also to ensure the compliant with technical standards.
Key results accountabilities
Possessing specialist knowledge of systems, applications and their associated hardware and network infrastructures
Owning the change management process from initiation of change to analysis, implementation and rollout
Maintain contracts and Licenses against applications and their vendors
Monitoring SLA achievement levels of incidents and support requests for applications
Conducting technical review for the change requests
Validation of health check reports from vendors partners
Ensure solutions are compliant with technical standards and governance and communicate ITD responses
Delivering regular and customized training to teams
Prepare and maintain reports for each and every project handled
Conduct periodic analysis of production incidents and ensure Root Cause Analysis is conducted for critical incidents
Be aware of the latest technology trends, standards and practice
Managing coordination across stakeholder where required
