Consultant
The Sustainability Consultant will be part of the Middle East Buildings Team. They will report to the Head of Specialisms.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
• Developing LEED/Estidama/WELL strategies for projects inline with the project s sustainability aspirations.
• Lead sustainability workshops with architects and engineering disciplines to explain various requirements and developing compliance strategies.
• Conducting energy modelling simulations using IES-VE inline with ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G guidelines.
• Carrying out daylighting, facade radiation and outdoor thermal comfort simulations using Rhino Honeybee software.
• Preparing design stage sustainability reports
• Coordinating with various project design teams and collating authority submission packages (LEED/Estidama/WELL)
• Ability to carry out Life Cycle Assessment exercises
Your starting point for constant growth

• Bachelors or master s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Architecture)
• 2-3 years minimum experience working in the same field.
• Must have LEED AP, Estidama PQP certification
• WELL AP, Mostadam AP (preferred)
