IT Administrator
• We are currently looking for a service-oriented and self-motivated IT Administrator with at least 6 years of experience in the construction industry in the UAE or GCC.
• Candidate must be in UAE or GCC at present
• Education: Bachelor in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant discipline
• Must have completed MCTS/MCITP/CCNA
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement processes for ensuring efficient IT operations in an organization
• Troubleshoot/analyze computer systems to identify and eliminate performance bugs and hardware malfunction
• Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
• Configure firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
• Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
• Arranging scheduled upgrades
• Investigate faults in the network
• Update network equipment to the latest firmware releases
• Responsible for the security and integrity of an organization’s information database
• Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
• Ensure day-one readiness for new joiners in collaboration with Human Resources Department.
• Monitor daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems
