We are looking forward to offering one outstanding candidate the opportunity to join our HR Department as an HR Advisor, based in Dubai, UAE.
What are you accountable for achieving?
• Provide broad day-to-day support in HR area (employment contracts, absenteeism, reporting, etc).
• Ensure HR data and files are updated and maintained according to the company quality standards.
• Run Health and Safety related processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Build effective relationships with HR stakeholders.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of HR procedures and policies
• Conduct recruitment processes and provide support on this area when required.
• Run payroll cycle on a monthly basis, ensuring all information and calculations are processed on time.
What will you need as a successful HR Advisor?
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, accountable, transparent and communicative, reliable
• High level of English and Arabic is a must.
• Very organized, agile, diplomatic, professional and approachable, autonomous
• Advanced knowledge of employment law
• Previous experience working in Human Resources role.
