Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible to sell Freight forwarding services – Import & export of sea freight, air freight, cross trade, break-bulk, land transport in GCC.
• Should be able to identify new markets/customers for expansion and development.
• Regular follow-ups and meeting with potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging the network. To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients.
• Should be well worse with Free zone cargo related procedures particular Jafza / Dafza.
• Coordinating and negotiation with Mainline operators, airlines, carriers and hauliers
• Achieve own sales target and lead the team to achieve team target and overall company target.
• Should be well aware of competition and current Market trend and development.
Requirements:
• Should have relevant industry experience of 5-7 years
• Should have a Degree preferably in Sales & Marketing
• UAE driving License and own car
• Should have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Should be self-driven, a go getter and can work independently in field
• Must be aware of shipping terms / incoterms and knowledge of NVOCC functioning and container trade (resale of used containers) will be an advantage
