Position Title: MEP Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
Provide technical support to the team on all MEP related concerns related to High Rise Buildings, Villas, warehouses
Support the preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance activities of the department by providing know how and advice associated with MEP equipment
Inspect vacant units, prepare the condition survey and make flats fit for leasing
Maintain close relationships with the client, tenants and visitors and respond to any complaints promptly
Liaise with procurement and store keeper to ensure sufficient stock is always maintained

Qualifications:
Open to Any nationality
Male, 35 years old and below
Diploma Degree in Mechanical/Electrical
At least 5 years of UAE experience with a reputed FM Service Provider
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
