Position Title: Head waiter
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 4.3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips

About the Client:
An All-Day, high end casual dining in the heart of Dubai serving their specialty of Mediterranean cuisine and premium shisha
Job Description:
Work with host/hostesses to assign tables to servers in addition to waiting on their own tables
Ensures exceptional dining experience by serving food and beverages according to established recipe and presentation
Take the lead to train waiters and supervise servers
Monitor food distribution and ensure orders are delivered to the correct recipients and that guidelines such as those for special diets are followed
Offer assistance and demonstrate full knowledge of the menu, specialities and current promotions in the restaurant
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to Asian nationals
Male, 35 years and below
High school diploma or the relevant
At least 1 year of experience in in the same role from high-end casual dining restaurant
