Lead the packing team daily operations to ensure that all activities from packing to shipment meets company standards and customer needs
Work with Warehouse In-Charge on inspections of farm deliveries before storage and return of rejected products accordingly
Segregate warehouse products according to the quality and specifications
Start, adjust, repair packaging machinery when needed or notify Warehouse in Charge for technical issues
Ensure overall hygiene of the packaging team as well as maintaining the packaging area clean at all times

Minimum of 2 years experience in the same role
