Job Description:
• Enquire suppliers to provide details as per specification of each contract.
• Check details and specification of material supplied to site.
• Inform Plant Manager about the approved mix design of asphalt.
• Prepare material submittal for submission.
• Coordinate/ follow up with consultant lab staff for approval of work.
• Prepare requirement and forward to Project Manager.
• Receive advice from Project Manager about starting of work to act accordingly.
• Receive information from site about work and advise Lab Technician to arrange for testing of work with Consultant.
• Receive time sheet from lab technician, review and approve/reject.
• Receive rejected time sheet and return to Lab Technician.
• Receive material requisition, review and approve/reject.
• Receive rejected material requisition and forward to the user.
• Initiate new IMS document / procedure or revision to existing one.
• Replace IMS documents master list, receive and update documents.
• Receive Internal Audit Program.
• Decide the proposed Corrective Action Request acceptable or not.
• Propose Corrective Action in case of acceptance.
• Give justification in case of rejection of the proposed corrective action request.
• Follow up audit conduction.
• Identify the need for training and evaluate training received for the employees in the section.
