Responsible for assisting the factory quality team to test and track the quality of the newly launched machines.
Responsible for communicating with the factory quality team and responding to the factory’s quality management assessment
Responsible for setting up the training system
Be responsible for translating service standards, maintenance guidance, service policies, and other documents issued by the factory and arranging service personnel to learn from them
Responsible for providing technical guidance to self-established sites and outsourcing service providers
Responsible for the preparation of training plans, the implementation of training courses, and the tracking of training results
Responsible for making monthly learning plans for service staff and tracking learning results
Responsible for V-Learning simulation test practice tracking, to ensure that the service staff complete the learning plan
Responsible for responding to market feedbacks (reply to group questions) and processing (feedback the building order to the factory and follow up processing)
Responsible for assisting to deal with emergencies (e.g., safety complaints)
المهارات
1、College degree or above, major in electronics or management is preferred
2、At least 2 year working experience in mobile phone technical support and quality feedback
3、Good computer skills/good communication skills
4、Strong interpersonal relationship, strain ability, strong independence, work under pressure, cheerful personality, a strong sense of responsibility
5、Self-motivated and willing to learn
