Requirements:
• Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience in Collections, Customer Service, Retentions & hitting targets.
• English & Arabic Language is a must. Hindi language would be an added advantage.
• Salary +Commission Based
Job Details:
• Excellent teamwork, Organization and communication skills.
• Should have excellent face to face customer service and engagement skills.
• The ability to listen to customers and negotiate winning solutions
• Strong and positive telephone skills.
• Should be motivated and understand how to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Familiarity with data entry and analysis
• Handles Credit assessments & makes appropriate determinations as per company guidelines.
• Critical thinking skills needed to mitigate credit risk and maintain credit control systems.
• Achieving Daily & Monthly targets
• Improving debt collection processes, negotiating payment plans and maintaining accurate records of financial activity.
• Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices
• Hard-working, Confident & Self-Starter.
