• Provide IT support across the company
• To set up workstations, diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of the office.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Updating virus protection software to keep data and communications protected
• To maintain Server, Virtual Machines, and Endpoint security and implementing automated patch update services and data security controls.
• Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policies.
• Configure routing and switching equipment, host IP voice services and firewalls
• Backing up the company’s critical data
• Manage physical and cloud storage.
• Follows emergency plans for equipment, power, or security failures when necessary and protects data, and makes sure it is secure from time to time.
• Implement security measures.
• Schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring employees from completing their work.
• To implement new and innovative practices across the industries
• To participate, cooperate and give necessary inputs for the software implementation and upgradation.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
