Establishes and maintains account plans to promote sales growth.
Establishes relationship with partners at all organization levels including senior executives.
Grow CommVault,sales of products and services at the responsible accounts through assessing the customers’ needs and evangelizing CommVault value proposition
Build senior customer relationships to gain positioning with decision makers and ensure continuity of existing revenues while simultaneously driving growth of product revenues
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales cycle including qualification, solution design, pricing and quoting, and contract development to close deals
Create relationship maps within accounts with plans to expand depth and quality of relationships with buyers and influencers as well as expand breadth of product sales
Continuously assess customer business requirements, maintain, and educate stakeholders on CommVault value proposition and best-in-class products.
Achieves assigned quota for products.
Follow up for payment and maintain credit lines with all partners.
Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
المهارات
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field is required
2-4 years of selling experience at Information Technology (distribution level).
Arabic speaker is plus.
Good communication (oral and written) in English.
Very good command of MS Office.
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to handle multi partners at the same time, with high quota.
Ability to handle credit lines with the internal team and partners.
Ability to recruit new partners.
Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment.
Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
Solid understanding of pipeline management.
