Eire Gulf LLC seek applications for the position of Senior Projects Manager, based in Dubai. The candidate should have the following:
• 5+ years in similar role in UAE
• Ability to manage multiple (3-4) projects in parallel
• Extensive fit out experience; 10+ years
• Strong commercial awareness
• Extensive contractor and supplier networks
• Full knowledge of fit out process, from award to handover
• Excellent communication
• Strong reporting and analysis ability
• Full knowledge of Primavera and/or MS Project
• Experience in managing in-house workforce
• Ability to travel and work throughout UAE.
• The role will involve the day to day management of multiple ongoing projects. Duties include:
• Main point of contact for clients
• Reporting to company directors
• Managing design process
• Procurement management
• Arranging and monitoring suppliers and sub-contractors
• Arranging building management and authority approvals for project
• Quality control and healthy & safety adherence at site
• Commercial management of the project, including cash flows, payment applications, variation logging, etc.
• Provide QS with all details for payment applications, variation, and supplier/sub P con payment
