Dewan Consultants is overseas recruitment company having existence in India and Middle East having been established in 1978. We cater all kind of recruitment needs for our clients who might need people locally or from different countries like India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Morocco, Lebanon, Europe, UK, Saudi, Qatar, Philippines, Srilanka, Pakistan etc.
Currently we are urgently looking for Business Development Executives for our Dubai in process of expansion of our team.
Dubai - 2 Vacancies.
Job Role :
Must Identify new sales leads.
Researching the recruitment needs of companies.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Meet clients and discuss their needs and Pitch services.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Developing quotes and proposals.
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Expected Start Date: Immediate or less than 1 month or 15 days
*Salary - Based on the experience and incentives up achieving targets.

Location: Dubai Media City
Candidate must be enthusiastic and available locally in the UAE.
He/She should be from an overseas recruitment sales background at least with 2 years experience in UAE market.
Should hold a Bachelor degree and UAE driving license is mandatory.
Should have excellent communication skills.
