• Handle the entire HR Process from Recruitment until exit process.
• Timely completion of all visa/residency process to avoid penalties from the MoL/Immigration, coordinate medical examination and monitor/follow up medical insurance cards for staff and their dependents.
• Prepare and issue probation appraisals, warning and termination letters and any other letters as advised by the HR Manager.
• Manage the leave management system for all staff and labor and ensure proper reports are generated.
• Accurate & timely updating of employee data in relevant ERP system in association with payroll and finance departments and the maintenance of all employee records/personal files.
• Scrutinize and maintain the details of all payments /reimbursements related with travel, school fee, loans, and gratuity on time from the department and petty cash details for various expenses related with HR department.
