الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full-time Salary: all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company one of the most prestigious law firms in the region, excelling in litigation before UAE Courts. Job Role: Handle clients with DIFC cases Determine appropriate action/solutions to complex legal and business issues dealing with clients Negotiate, draft and vet contracts that address complex and difficult issues Work independently but collaboratively with high energy and a talented team of professionals المهارات Open to European and American nationalities Male, 50 years and below Bachelor’s degree or Master of Law At least 8 years of experience as an Attorney/Solicitor with local or international law firms Expert in common law, contract law, anti-trust law, company law, labour law, intellectual property law, litigation and highly experienced with DIFC court rules Must be registered practitioner at the DIFC courts Excellent management skills and can work independently Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus Must have a valid UAE driver’s license تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/difc-solicitor-legal-practitioner-4340920/ |
